Coaching | Psychology | Development

My aim is to help people develop a broader and deeper worldview/mindset so they can care for themselves, each other and society.
I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and have practiced as a Coach since 2012. I believe we all have everything we need inside ourselves already. Coaching is simply a way to help us access and make sense of what our potential selves could be.
I want to see a world where people are able to bring all of themselves - to come out of the shell that has been created around them and move away from any feelings of conformance which hide the real person. This takes vulnerability, courage and commitment but it brings us to life. We realise who we were meant to be... and then actively seek this out in others, building positive communities together. We need people to bring all of their strengths and talents. Around us, people are not working to their full capacity, creativity and potential.

The 'shiny' version of my CV on LinkedIn shows you how I have previously worked as an HR Director and Talent and Organisation Development Director in corporates for around 20 years and am now a business consultant. The less shiny version would tell you about my working class roots, a divorce, counselling, fertility challenges, and many dark nights of the soul that I've been through. All of which are so much more important to understand the person I am today.

More importantly than all of this, I'm now a father and husband, and live with my family in Beckenham, on the border of South-East London and Kent.

I look forward to meeting you,
Gareth
